need of a working printer and dont want a technician
on-site, LMS has your solution with our Advanced Exchange
Program.
Our
program is simple. Sign up for our advanced exchange
contract and when your equipment fails, we will overnight
your model of printer back for early delivery and take
care of the shipping. When you receive the new
printer, simply pack it in the provided box and return
it to LMS using the provided return shipment label (again
on us!).
When
calling in your failing equipment, LMS professional
technical support staff will ask you a few questions
to ensure the integrity of your consumables and menu
settings, then take your information for your product
to ship. You must make the call by 3:30 PST to
make the daily shipping cut-off.

let you know if there is an advanced exchange unit for
your model of printer. We will provide you a quick
quote and with a P.O. or credit card order, LMS can
still have an advanced exchange printer at your doorstep
the next day. If you provide a P.O., you will
need terms
with LMS.
