The LMS National Depot Center is located
in Irvine, CA and has more than 21,000 square feet
of depot warehouse and testing facilities. Our
depot staff is certified in the major printer manufacturers
and uses only the latest in test and diagnostic equipment.
Whether your printing requirements are TCP/IP, Twin-ax,
Serial, Parallel, Centronix, or Coax, our facility has
the capability of fully testing and repairing your printers
and Interface.

Our standard Depot rate is 70/hr. with
additional cost for parts. If you would like to
send your printer in for depot repair please do not
forget to follow the following steps to aid us in recognizing
your order.
1.
Call LMS @ 1.800.240.8721 and open a service
order. (Reference your service order number when checking
status)
2.
If you are an existing customer, ask for an RMA#.
(Write this number on the outside of your box)
3.
If you are not an existing customer, you will
need to apply for terms
or use a credit card for payment.
4.
Carefully package your printer. (LMS is not responsible
for shipping damage)
5.

Allow 7-10 days for repair. If you are
in need of your printer sooner, our Expedite
service, whole unit advanced exchange, or annual maintenance
contracts are available.
