If you are in need of quick and friendly
service but do not have an annual Maintenance Contract,
LMS can support your printing equipment without having
a contract in place. Just follow these simple
instructions and LMS can have a technician on-site as
early as next day!
Via Phone:
1.
Call 1-800-240-8721 and ask for dispatch.
2.
If you are a current customer, give your serial
number, contact information, and a P.O. to the Call
Manager.
3.
You will receive an LMS call number to reference
your call in the future.
4.
If you are a new LMS customer, you will need
to apply for terms
or pay by credit card.
5.
Your Call Manager will dispatch your call and
give you an estimate on request.
6.
Your Call Manager will keep you updated on all
call details until call closure.
Via E-mail:
1.
E-mail your complete contact information to dispatch@lmsservice.com.
2.
A Call Manager will e-mail your call number, then ETA
for service.
3.
Your Call Manager will dispatch your call and give you
an estimate on request.

Your Call Manager will keep you updated on all call
details until call closure.
Be sure to inform your Call manager if
you would like a technician on-site for an initial inspection
and quote. There is a 2 hour minimum for an on-site
evaluation.
